Priyadarshini Hps K R Pet School is located in Ward -4 of Krishnaraja Pet. It’s a neighborhood school through and through. Most of the children walk to school from the nearby houses, so the mornings are always full of life as they arrive in their uniforms. The building is a simple structure that has been part of Ward -4 for a long time. We have several rooms for different grades, and while they aren't very big, they fit everyone in. We focus on the basic subjects, making sure the kids understand their reading, writing, and math. It’s a lot of work for the teachers, especially when the weather is hot and everyone gets a bit restless. During the lunch break, the sound of kids shouting and playing fills the whole street. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment or a massive library, but we have enough books to go around. Sometimes the goats from the nearby houses wander onto the path leading to the school, which always makes the younger kids laugh. We have to chase them off before the lessons start. It’s a very grounded way of life here in Krishnaraja Pet. We don’t have a website with flashy photos; we just have our reputation in the ward. If parents are happy, they tell their neighbors, and that’s how we keep going. It’s just a normal school where we try to keep things running smoothly despite small problems like broken gates.
