People usually find us here at Kamal Chowk in the Noor Complex, specifically at shop number eleven. It’s a busy spot, and we’ve been dealing with computer issues for a while now. Most days, it’s just us surrounded by towers of old CPU cases and cables that need sorting out. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or trying to figure out why a motherboard stopped working. Sometimes the fans are just dusty, other times it’s something much more annoying that takes half the day to fix. It’s not a quiet place because there’s always a fan whirring or someone coming in to ask about a printer driver. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls; it’s just a practical workspace where things get done. If you walk past the complex, you’ll see our sign. We started small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage the work ourselves. Usually, we are busy with repairs or putting together custom desktops for kids who want to play games. It gets a bit cluttered during the week when several orders come in at once. We handle laptops that have had water spilled on them or hard drives that decided to quit without warning. It's just a regular shop in the neighborhood where people bring their tech when it breaks down. We stick to what we know and try to get things back to people as soon as we can.
