You wouldn't usually expect an IT company to be out here in Gram Khatiya, but that is where Ojasvi It Web Private Limited is based. We are located near the Narangipost area of Kanha, in Mandla. It is a lot quieter here than in the big cities like Indore or Bhopal, which is exactly why we like it. Working so close to the forest means we get a lot of peace and quiet, even if the power cuts out every now and then during the monsoon. We are a small group of people who grew up around here and decided to stay instead of leaving for the city. We do all our web work from this little spot in Madhya Pradesh. It’s funny because clients sometimes get surprised when they see our address on the map. We don’t have a glass building or a cafeteria. We usually bring lunch from home and eat together. The air is clean, and we get our work done without the typical city rush. Most of what we do involves helping businesses get online, which is something we can do from anywhere as long as we have a decent connection. It’s a bit of a different way to run a tech business, but it works for us. We know the neighbors and they know us as the local computer guys. It feels more like a community project than a corporation. We are just practical people doing tech work where we live.
