Shri Krishna Public School

Our school is located right on Bagachanogi Road. If you live around Mandi, you have probably passed by the building once or twice. It is a regular school for the local kids who live in the Bagachanogi area. We have been running the place for several years now. Mornings are always the busiest time of day when the buses and parents arrive at the gate. We have the usual classrooms and a little spot for the kids to run around during their break time. It is not a massive building but it fits everyone inside just fine. Teachers usually get here early to get their lesson plans ready for the day. We teach the standard subjects that every other school has. Sometimes the weather here in Mandi gets pretty cold in the winter months, so we have to make sure the kids stay warm and focused. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the children know how to read and write properly. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just show up and get the work done. Most parents in this neighborhood are good people and they expect their kids to learn. We try to keep the place tidy but with so many children, there is usually some mess by the afternoon. That is just part of being a school. We are glad to be here and helping out the local families.
