We've been at Office No.19-B in New Mandi for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the trucks come in and out. Most people around here know where we are because we’re right in the thick of things. My dad started this place, and I just sort of took over when he got older. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just some desks, some old filing cabinets, and the smell of the market outside. We spend most of our day talking to people on the phone or sitting across the table with folks who stop by. Dealing with everything in the district means we see a lot of different faces. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there with the door open to get some air. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work. Usually, it's pretty loud outside because of the Mandi, but you get used to it after a week or two. If you're looking for us, just head towards the middle of the market. We don't do much advertising because most people just walk in or hear about us from their neighbors. It's a simple way of doing things, but it keeps the lights on. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of paperwork, but mostly we try to head home when the sun goes down. That's just how it goes here. We don't have a website or anything like that. Just the office and our regular customers. It works fine for us.
