If you ever find yourself driving through the Kangra valley, you might pass through Bhawarna without realizing it. It is a busy little place but still has that old Himachal feel. Shekhar has been around for a long time. We don't do things the corporate way because that just wouldn't fit in around here. Palampur is famous for the tea gardens, and the air always feels fresh. Our address is basically just C/O Shekhar C Saroch in Bhawarna Palampur. We don't have a big street number because everyone knows where the house is. The mountains are always right there in the background, looking down on us. In the winter, the tops get white with snow. It changes how the whole town looks. We spend our days dealing with the hotel and resort business from this corner of the world. It gets quiet when the sun goes down. Most of the shops in Bhawarna close early. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. It is just a local business run by local people who like the peace of the hills.
