Genetic Agri Science Private Limited is located right in the middle of the action at Shop No-2297 in the Sabji Mandi. We are pretty easy to find since we are right near the State Bank of India. Being in the vegetable market means it is always noisy and busy around us, especially in the early mornings when all the trucks are coming in and out. We handle the science side of agriculture, like seeds and how to keep plants healthy. It’s a very practical business. We don't have a plush office with carpets. We have a shop where farmers can walk in, shake the dust off their shoes, and talk about what they need for their next planting. We’ve been here for a while, and people know us by now. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just listen to what’s happening in the fields and try to provide the right supplies. The floor is usually a bit dirty from the market outside, and there’s always someone stopping by for a chat. We like being right where the actual trade happens. It keeps us grounded. We aren't a big corporation with a marketing department. We are just a few people who understand seeds and soil, trying to help the local growers get a better yield. It’s loud, it’s busy, but it’s real work.
