Generation Green Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated at Shop 14 in the Kisan Bazaar. We are right on Galla Mandi Road, which is a very active place to be. If you have ever been to a Galla Mandi, you know it is full of noise, trucks, and people trading grain all day long. Being in the Kisan Bazaar means we are right in the middle of all that action. Our office is just a small shop where we handle the business for the farmers we work with. It gets very dusty and loud with the tractors going by constantly. We don't have a quiet waiting room or fancy furniture. Usually, there are just a few chairs and a lot of paperwork on the desk. We spend our time coordinating between the farmers and the market. It is a very practical business. We deal with things like seed distribution, grain prices, and helping the farmers get their produce to the right place. Every morning starts with the sound of the market waking up. We don't use any corporate jargon because it wouldn't make sense to anyone here. We talk in plain English and local terms. It is hard work and the days are long, especially during the peak harvest season. We are just a group of people trying to keep the green side of farming going in a way that makes sense for the local community. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
