Sree Vijaya Pu College

Sree Vijaya Pu College is located on Chintamani Road in the town of Chintamani. The pin code is 563125. This is a pre-university college, so we see a lot of young students who are just finishing their basic schooling and are looking to move forward. The building is right on the main road, making it very easy for everyone to find. It is a simple multi-story structure. We don't have any big lawns or sports fields on the property. It’s mostly just the classrooms and a small area for the staff to work in. The rooms are basic with rows of benches that have been there for a while. We have fans on the ceilings, but on very hot days, it still feels quite warm inside the building. The walls have some scribbles on them from students over the years, and the paint is a bit dull in places. We don't have a fancy canteen. There is just a small corner where students can get water from a cooler. Most of them bring their own lunch from home or go to the small shops nearby on Chintamani Road. It is a very busy area with lots of people and vehicles moving around constantly. The staff here is mostly local people who have lived in Chintamani for a long time. We don't use any flashy language. It is just a place for kids to study for a couple of years. We try to keep the place tidy but with teenagers it is a constant job.
