Samata International School

Samata International School is tucked away in Kokamthan, near Kopargaon. Specifically, we are at C/O Samata Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha Ltd. It’s an interesting spot because we share the space or at least the vicinity with the Patsanstha Ltd. Kopargaon has its own pace of life, and we are right in the middle of it with the 423601 pin code. The school building is pretty standard. We have classrooms that get a lot of sun in the morning. Sometimes the wind picks up across the fields and blows through the hallways. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the people coming from the main part of town, but it’s quiet out here. We don’t spend much time on decorations or looking perfect. There’s always a desk that needs fixing or a cupboard that won’t stay shut. That’s just how it goes. The Samata International School name is on the wall, but most locals just know us as the school by the Sahakari Patsanstha. We see the same faces every day. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we walk or take short rides to get here. It’s a local operation. We handle the paperwork, watch the kids, and make sure the gates are locked at night. Kokamthan isn't a city, so things are a bit more relaxed here. We just go about our business day by day without much fuss.
