Sagar Agencies is situated right behind the Nisarga Hotels in the Collector Zone of Malegaon. We’re near the Post Office too, and just off N.H.-3 in the Nasik district. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy to explain to people how to find us—just look for the hotel and head around back. Being in the Collector Zone means there’s a lot of official buildings nearby, but our agency is more of a practical, hands-on place. We’ve been here for a while, and the building we’re in has seen better days, but it’s home to us. We handle a lot of agency work, which means plenty of meetings and even more paperwork. The hum of the highway is always in the background, reminding us of how much stuff is moving through Nasik every day. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just walk in and see one of us sitting at a wooden desk covered in ledgers. We try to keep things friendly, so if someone drops in, we usually offer them a glass of water while we look for their files. It’s a bit cluttered with old records and samples, but we know our way around the mess. Working in Malegaon has its own rhythm, and we’ve adjusted to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes across our desks, making sure the people who rely on us get what they need. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours.
