Computer Operator

I work as a computer operator here in Room Number 18 at Khalil Seth Chawl. It is a busy spot in Maharashtra Colony, especially during the day when people are moving around the Malegaon Camp area. The space is small but it fits my desk and the machine. Most days, people from the chawl come by because they need something typed up or they have a form that needs finishing on the screen. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic and people talking, but I just keep my head down and get the work done. I’ve been sitting in this room for a while now. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes off for a bit, but that is just how things are around here in 423105. I don’t have any fancy signs or a big office. It is just me and the computer. People know where to find me when they have a document that needs fixing. I usually open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It is practical work. I don't use a lot of big words or try to act like I am a big company. I am just a person who knows how to use the computer sitting here in the colony. Often, neighbors stop by just to ask a quick question about a digital thing they don't understand. I help them out and go back to my typing tasks for the day.
