The house where we work is just a regular building, nothing fancy. We spend our time trying out different farming techniques. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, but that is part of the process. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. The work can be tiring but it feels good to be out in the community. Most of our staff are just local folks who know a thing or two about the soil here.
