Ambuja Cements Ltd.

We are situated out in Malda, specifically at Pts B 58 Pubarun, near the NTPC area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you get here, you’ll see our small office setup for Ambuja Cements Ltd. Working in this part of West Bengal means we see a lot of different weather, from heavy rains to that thick humidity. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the records and talk to the drivers. We spend most of our hours making sure the supply stays steady. It’s mostly just us and the ledger books. We’ve gotten used to the sound of the plant and the trucks moving around. We aren't big on meetings or anything like that. We just talk over things while having some chai. If a neighbor asks what we do, we just tell them we handle the cement distribution for the area. It’s a job that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or keep working by the window light. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor has some scuff marks from all the heavy boots, but it works for what we need. We’ve been here a while and know the local faces in 732215. It’s just a regular local workplace doing what needs to be done. We don't need a lot of extra flash to get the cement moved.
