Our place is in Malda, specifically at Braja Niketan in North Singatala. We are set up c/o Adhir Ranjan Gupta. It's a local spot where we handle things for Ambuja Cement Eastern Ltd. Malda has its own pace, and we definitely follow it. The office is part of a local building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate space at all. It’s got more of a personal touch. We have a few desks and some old wooden cupboards where we keep the documents. It’s often a bit noisy outside with the local traffic, but we’re used to it. We deal with builders and contractors from all over the area. Most of the time, we’re just sorting out orders and making sure the trucks are on the right path. We don't use any big words or fancy presentations. If someone wants to know about cement, we just tell them what’s available and when it can get there. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. Adhir Ranjan Gupta’s name is on the door, and that’s how people find us. We might be a branch of a bigger company, but here in North Singatala, we’re just another local business trying to do right by the customers. We have our good days and our slow days, just like anyone else. It's a steady life here in West Bengal, and we're glad to be a part of the neighborhood.
