You can find us at the J&J Tower, room 29/162-A, over in the Muttippadi area of Melmuri. Malappuram is a busy place, and Alathoor Padi always has something going on. We’ve been running Yesco Granites from this spot for a bit. It’s a small office but it serves our needs just fine. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re usually out where the stone is. The granite trade is pretty straightforward—either the quality is there or it isn't. We try to make sure what we're sending out is solid. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather blocks the roads, and those are the days my head hurts. But mostly, it’s just a steady routine. We’re local people, and we hire local guys to help out. It feels more like a community effort than a big company. We aren't interested in being fancy. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in the middle of a conversation about a delivery or looking at some samples on the floor. It’s a bit dusty, but that’s just how a granite shop is. We’ve made a lot of friends in the building trade over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. It is a long day usually, but we don't mind much as long as the work keeps coming.
