Temper Eatery Private Limited is run out of a spot near Punnakkalpadi in Tirur. We are located right at the Mathilakathveetil House area. It's a quiet part of town, but we stay busy enough with the local crowd. We opened up because we wanted a place that served decent meals without making a big fuss about it. The kitchen is where everything happens. We don't have many employees, just a few of us who know how to handle a busy shift. Malappuram has a lot of good food, so we have to stay focused to keep people coming back. We mostly deal with walk-ins and people from the surrounding houses. Sometimes the rain here in Tirur slows things down, but the stove is always going. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a cousin. It’s a basic setup. We’ve got some tables, some chairs, and a menu that doesn't change too much. We focus on getting the flavors right. It’s a lot of washing dishes and cleaning floors when the day ends. We aren't some big city restaurant with a PR team. We are just a group of people who know how to cook and like seeing the plates come back empty. That's the main thing for us.
