Bayfield Food Technologies

We are located in Edavanna, specifically on the second floor of Bayfield Tower. The address is XI/635. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the big cities. We work on food tech, which means we look at how food is processed and kept fresh. It’s a lot of technical stuff but we try to keep it simple. The office has a good view from the second floor. Most of us are local from around here. We spend our days looking at data and talking to food producers. Sometimes we have samples to test. It’s not a huge operation but we stay busy. The tower is a bit of a landmark in this part of Edavanna. We don't have a big sign or anything. People just know where we are. We have coffee together in the mornings and then get to it. It’s a lot of reading and checking regulations. We help businesses figure out their food lines. It’s practical, behind-the-scenes work. We don't go out looking for praise. We just like solving the little problems that come up with food production. It’s steady work. Sometimes the weather gets really rainy here and we just watch it from the windows while we work on our reports. It is a relaxed environment but we do get through a lot of projects. We aren't corporate types. We just like food science and doing a proper job for the local industries.
