Malappuram is a great place to be located. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Our office reflects that. It’s a bit lived-in, but everything has its place. We spend a lot of time at our desks, usually with some tea nearby. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks. It’s just how we've always done things here. We’ve gotten to know the neighborhood in Kottappuram pretty well over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work from our little corner of Malappuram. It’s a quiet life but it’s productive and it suits our small team just fine.
