Spicyhome Food Products Private Limited is located at 1/296, which is Kaimala House in Anamangad. It’s a residential-style setup, so it doesn’t look like a big industrial plant from the street. We work out of this house, and it feels exactly like that. There’s a kitchen area and a packing area, and everything is a bit close together. We are out in Anamangad PO, so it’s a bit of a drive from the main city, which makes it quieter. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the food products are prepared the way they should be. The floors are tiled, and we spend a lot of time cleaning them because food work is messy. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog comes by the gate, and we can hear the birds in the trees around the house while we work. It’s a slow pace of life here compared to the big towns. We keep our supplies in the back room and move things out to the porch when the transport arrives. The Kaimala House has been around for a while, and we’ve just adapted it for our needs. It’s not a polished operation, but we get the orders out on time. We just focus on the daily tasks of mixing, weighing, and bagging everything up. It is mostly quiet here unless we have the grinders going.
