Spare Mart

We opened Spare Mart here in Pandikkad a while ago now. It’s right near the Perinthalmanna Road, so it's pretty easy to find if you’re driving through. Most days it’s just us handling whatever folks need for their vehicles. The shelves are packed with boxes, and honestly, it looks like a bit of a mess to anyone else, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. People come in looking for something specific, maybe for an old bike or a car that’s seen better days, and we spend time digging through the stock. It gets dusty in here with the road right outside, but that’s just how it is. We don't really do fancy displays. If someone needs a part, they ask, and we try to find it. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we just sit around and talk with the regulars who drop by for a chat. It’s a local spot, nothing more. We see the same faces every week, mostly mechanics from around the district or guys trying to fix their own stuff at home. It’s a quiet living, really. The rain can make things a bit slow, but when the sun is out, it stays busy enough. We just keep the doors open and see who walks in. It’s just how things go here in Pandikkad. We’ve got no big plans, just keeping the shop running day to day.
