Smartech Inco Private Limited

Smartech Inco Private Limited is based out of a small space at 17/443 in Thavanoor Grama Panchayath. We have been here for a bit now. Usually, the mornings are quite quiet before the traffic picks up near the panchayath office. We mostly spend our time handling technical work and talking to people who drop by the office. It is not a very fancy space, but it gets the job done for us. Our desks are usually a bit messy with cables, notebooks, and papers. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things just pile up during a busy week. The neighbors are nice and we often grab tea from the stall just down the road. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We don't really have a big corporate setup or a human resources department. It is just a handful of us trying to figure out solutions and making sure the projects get finished on time. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavily, which happens a lot here. We just deal with it and wait for it to come back. We decided to set up in Thavanoor because it felt right for us. You can find us easily if you ask around for the 17/443 building. We don't really have a big sign outside. It's just a regular door in a regular building. We spend a lot of time on our computers. It's nothing too complicated, just daily work. We like the pace of things here.
