Pixycoders is located at Sai Bhavan, which is Door No. 16/432-B in Park Green Villas. This is in the Pinarmunda area. Working from a villa park is quite different from being in a high-rise office building in the middle of a city. It’s a lot more relaxed and there is more green around here. Our office is basically a house that we’ve set up for our daily work. It has a small yard and some trees nearby, which makes the whole work day feel a bit more natural and less clinical. We aren't trying to be some big tech giant; we just enjoy coding and solving problems from our quiet corner in PGV10. The atmosphere inside is very informal. You’ll often find someone working in a t-shirt while sitting on a regular wooden chair rather than an expensive ergonomic one. We know our neighbors and the people at the local shop in Pinarmunda. It’s the kind of place where you can actually hear the birds in the morning before the day gets busy. We don’t have a polished corporate culture here. It’s just a group of friends and colleagues who are good at what they do. The office space inside Sai Bhavan is divided into small rooms where we huddle up to discuss our projects. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. The peaceful environment helps us stay focused.
