Kasaco Fabrication Technology

Our place is in the Tv Complex, right near the PM Auditorium in Kottakkal. It is a busy little corner of town, especially when there is an event or a wedding happening at the auditorium. We do a lot of fabrication work here, mostly involving metal and various structural parts. The shop is not much to look at from the outside, but we have everything we need to bend, cut, and join steel. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or just drawing ideas out on the dusty floor with a piece of chalk. The machines we use are loud and they generate a lot of heat, so we keep the doors open as much as we can to catch a breeze. People from all over Kottakkal come to us when they need something sturdy built. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy tech speak. We just look at what needs doing and figure out the best way to weld it together. Sometimes the materials arrive late or a machine breaks down, and we just have to fix it and keep going. It is a lot of physical labor, and by the evening, we are usually pretty tired. We share some tea, clean up the biggest messes, and get ready to do it all again the next day. It is just a regular fabrication shop trying to do right by the local folks who stop by.
