Indian Steel

We've been at Nilambur Road for a while now. Most people know us because we're right opposite the Bp Mall here in Manjeri. Indian Steel isn't a huge corporate chain or anything like that. It's just us working out of our spot in the Malappuram district. If you are driving down Nilambur Road, you can't really miss us since the mall is right there. We handle steel stuff every day. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that's just how the work goes. People come in from all over the local area when they need something specific for a project. We don't have a fancy front office with air conditioning or a bunch of receptionists. It’s mostly just getting the inventory moved and helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the traffic on this road gets a bit much, especially near the mall, but we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing what we do. If you're looking for us, just head toward the mall and look across the street. We’re usually around during the day. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just a local business in Manjeri trying to keep things moving. The weather gets hot here, but the work doesn't stop. That's pretty much the long and short of it. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last job is finished. It’s simple work but we like it.
