Ezysmart Informatics Private Limited operates out of a place called Pottammal House. We are located in Athvavanad, which is a part of Malappuram. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Manappadi area. It’s a local neighborhood where everyone basically knows everyone else. The office is simple and functional, without any of those expensive decorations you see in big city offices. We have our computers and a decent internet connection, and that is really all we need to get through the day. The building stays fairly cool even when the sun is out, which is a relief during the summer months. We don’t have a lot of formal rules about what to wear or how to talk to each other. We are just a group of people working together in a small town. Most of the staff lives in or around Malappuram, so the commute isn't too bad for anyone. We start our work in the morning and usually wrap things up by the evening. Sometimes we stay late if there is something specific to finish, but we try to keep a normal schedule for the most part. There are a few small shops nearby where we grab tea or snacks when we need a break from the monitors. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. We just do our work here in Athvavanad and keep things straightforward for ourselves and our families without any big corporate drama.
