Our office is actually a place called Jalaja Nivas, located in Perumbaramba, Edappal. It doesn't look like your typical office building from the outside, which we actually prefer. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. At Dedicated Brains, we’ve tried to keep that relaxed vibe going. We don’t have any of those strict rules about when you can take a break or where you have to sit. People just find a spot and get to work. Edappal is a nice town and being in the Perumbaramba area means we aren't stuck in the middle of a huge city. We have a few computers and some desks scattered around, and that’s about it. We’re just a bunch of people who are good at solving problems and we decided to do it together. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. We aren't interested in being the most famous company out there. We just want to do good work and make sure our families are taken care of. It’s a practical way of living. We don't use marketing slogans because they usually don't mean much anyway. We just tell people where we are and what we can do, and then we let the work speak for itself. It’s a quiet life here at Jalaja Nivas and we're happy to be part of the community here. Most days are just about finishing what we started.
