Convices Solutions is located at Kilivayil House, which is in the Kolappuram area. Our post office is A R Nagar, and we are based in Abdu Rahiman Nagar in Malappuram. It is more of a house that we turned into an office than a big commercial building, which we actually prefer. It’s much quieter this way and feels more like a home than a cold, grey office space. We have been here for a bit, and the local people in the neighborhood know us as the tech folks who work in the house. The pace in Malappuram is a little different than the big cities like Kochi, and that suits us just fine. We don't have a big neon sign outside or anything like that. It’s just a practical place to sit down and work on our software projects. Most of the team lives nearby, so we don't have those long, stressful commutes every day. Sometimes we sit out on the porch when we need a break from looking at screens. The internet connection can be a bit tricky when the weather gets really bad, but we manage to get things done. It’s a simple setup with just enough room for our computers and a small area to make some tea. We focus on the work we have in front of us without worrying about looking like a big corporation. It is just a few of us in a house in Kerala.
