Connect Plus

Our place is called Kolenchery House, and it is located in the Padikunnu area of Nilambur. The post office is in Malappuram, and we are right here in Kerala 679329, India. Connect Plus is run directly from here. We do not have a traditional storefront or a big office building in the town center. Instead, it is more of a home-based setup for us. The surroundings are quite lush, which makes for a very quiet and nice work environment most of the year. We handle all our business from a small room at the back of the house. There is always a lot of paperwork to go through, and we use a couple of laptops that have seen better days. Sometimes the rain here in Kerala gets so incredibly loud on the roof that we actually have to stop talking on the phone for a bit. We do not have a huge number of visitors, but when someone does stop by, they usually just sit on the porch with us. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We have been living in this house for generations, so using part of it for Connect Plus just seemed to make sense. We do not have any kind of big marketing budget or anything fancy like that. Word usually gets around because people in the community talk to each other. It is a quiet life and we definitely like it that way.
