The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust from the beans, and there’s always a kettle boiling somewhere in the back. We don't have a big sales team. Most of our time is spent in the workshop or on the phone with suppliers. It’s a straightforward business. We wake up, brew a pot for ourselves, and then start the day's work.
