Bros Ti Gelatos Private Limited is located at Nandanam, which is in Santhi Nagar. We are right near the Panchami School in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram. Being near a school means we see a lot of kids and parents passing by every day. It’s a lively part of town to be in. We started this because we liked the idea of making something ourselves. Our setup at Nandanam is pretty straightforward. We have the equipment for the gelatos and a bit of space for people to sit if they want. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s more like a workshop where we happen to sell food. We don't have a fancy dress code. Most days we are just wearing aprons and trying not to get sugar everywhere. The Malappuram heat is no joke, so the air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the floors to mixing the batches. It’s a small operation and we like it that way. We know the neighbors and the people who work at the school nearby. We don’t go on about being the best or anything like that. We just make the gelato, keep the place tidy, and hope people enjoy it when they stop by. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it feels good to see the finished product in the display case every morning.
