Al Gouse Fusion LLP is found at door number 285/15 on Thanur Road. We are in the Venniyur P.O. area. It’s a busy spot because the road connects a lot of small towns together. You see a lot of motorbikes and buses passing by all day long. Our place is not very big, but it’s enough for what we do with fusion food. We call it fusion because we mix a few different styles, but mostly we just cook what we know. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the lunch rush. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or signs. Just the name on the door and the address so people can find us. Venniyur is a nice place to work. The people around here are friendly and they stop by to chat sometimes. We spend a lot of time prepping the vegetables and meat in the morning. It’s a lot of cutting and cleaning before we even start the actual cooking. We are just a small group of workers trying to keep the business going. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it is here. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time and the kitchen is clean at the end of the night. It is a simple life and the work is steady. We enjoy the routine of the road.
