Computer Clinic

So, Computer Clinic is over at Shop No 2 in Mainpuri. We are very close to the railway station, which is pretty convenient for people coming and going. You can usually hear the trains if it’s a quiet morning. The shop itself is just a simple room with some shelves and a couple of sturdy tables for the repairs. We get all sorts of things brought in. Laptops with cracked screens are pretty common, or computers that just won't boot up after a storm. Mainpuri is a busy place, and being near the railway station means there's always someone popping in to ask a question. We don't have a big staff, just us working on the hardware. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a good fan that keeps the air moving while we work on the circuits. I’ve always liked taking things apart to see how they work, so this job suits me. We don't use any fancy talk here. We just tell you what's wrong and if it can be fixed or not. Sometimes it’s just not worth the cost of the parts, and we’re honest about that. The floor is usually covered in some bits of wire or plastic clippings, but that’s just part of the job. If you’re near the station in Mainpuri and see Shop No 2, you’ve found us.
