If you walk down Station Road in Vadnagar, you will find our school. We are right in the heart of the Mehsana district. The building is an old one, with a lot of history in its walls. It’s a place where many people in this town once sat in the very same classrooms where their children sit today. We don't have a lot of modern bells and whistles. Our classrooms are plain, and the desks are made of heavy wood that has been carved into by students over many decades. The morning starts with the sound of the train nearby and the chatter of kids arriving for their first lesson. We focus on the books and the blackboard, making sure everyone stays on track with their studies. The office is a small room where we keep all the files and meet with parents to talk about how their kids are doing. It’s a very local atmosphere, and everyone seems to know everyone else’s business. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a high school on a busy road, trying to keep the lights on and the lessons going. During the festivals, the whole place feels a bit more cheerful, but mostly it’s just the steady routine of learning and teaching. It’s a simple life here in Vadnagar, and our school reflects that every day. We just take things as they come and keep the school open for everyone.
