Our Own High School

Our Own High School is located on the Main Road in Thol, Mahesana. It’s a straightforward name for a straightforward school. We are right there on the main thoroughfare, so we see everyone passing by. Mehsana is a busy district, and Thol is a significant part of our local area. The school building is right on the edge of the road, and it’s been there as long as most of us can remember. It’s a high school, and we have students coming in from all around the Thol area. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. There is no big reception area or polished lobby. You just walk in and you are right in the middle of things. The classrooms are simple, with wooden benches and blackboards. We spend our days teaching the standard subjects and keeping an eye on the kids. The noise from the main road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a few days. We are just a group of local people working to keep the school running for the neighborhood. There is a lot of history in these walls, even if they could use a fresh coat of paint. We don’t try to be anything we aren't.
