Shankhesh Spices

Our place, Shankhesh Spices, is in Village Sunak, which is part of Taluka Unjha. We are located on the Neelkanth Mahadev Station Road. As the name of the road suggests, we are quite close to the railway stations. It is a quiet village area but the road gets some traffic because of the station and the Mahadev temple. We work with spices, which is a common thing in this part of the country. The air around our facility often smells like different seeds and powders. It is a family-style environment here even though we are a business. All of us know each other and work together to get the spices processed and packed. Being in Sunak means we are away from the big city noise, except for the trains. We like the pace of life here. The work is physical and requires us to be careful with the quality of what we are handling. We don't have any big marketing plans; people just know us through word of mouth or by seeing us on the station road. The building is simple and fits in with the rest of the village. We focus on the daily tasks like drying, grinding, and bagging. It is what we have been doing for years. Every season brings different types of spices to work with, which keeps things from getting too boring. We just do our work and go home.
