Johnson Cables

Our place is located at 426 in Phase-II of the Dediyasan GIDC. If you know the area, it's pretty straightforward to find us. Johnson Cables has been operating out of this spot for a good number of years. It’s a typical industrial setup with the usual metal roofing and concrete floors. We spend most of our hours watching the extruders and making sure the insulation is coming out right. It’s loud, and there is always a bit of a smell of heated plastic in the air. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid enough for the local projects. Most of our day is spent handling phone calls or checking the inventory in the back. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day fixing a motor. That's just how it is in this line of work. We have a small crew. Everyone knows each other's names and families. We eat lunch together when there is time. People in the GIDC know us as the cable guys at number 426. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just keep our heads down and work. If a customer needs something, we check if we have the material and get started. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the gates close at night. We are just used to the grind.
