Bisazza India Ltd.

You can find Bisazza India Ltd. at 372/3, which is right near Plot No. 17 and the Gail Office in the Gidc area. Being in the Gidc means we are surrounded by all sorts of industries. It is a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up. We have got our facility set up here and it is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The building isn't anything to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial structure. Inside, it is a different story with all the materials we handle. We have quite a few people working here now. It gets pretty loud during the middle of the shift. We try to keep things moving along, but sometimes there are delays with shipments or a machine breaks down. That is just life in a factory setting. We don't have a lot of time for meetings or talking about culture. We just want to get the products made and out the door. The area around the Gail Office is always busy with tankers and trucks. We have gotten used to the sound of engines idling nearby. We take our breaks in a small room in the back. It has got a kettle and some old chairs. It is where we relax for a bit before getting back to the floor. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just work hard and try to do things right.
