Encore Soft Tech Private Limited

Our office for Encore Soft Tech Private Limited is located at 51 Majra Kalan in Mahendragarh. It’s not one of those big city tech hubs you hear about, and that suits us just fine. Most of us grew up around here or nearby, so we know the area well. We didn't see any reason to move to a huge city when we could just set up shop right here. The building is pretty standard for the neighborhood, and we’ve filled it with enough computers and servers to keep us busy. People sometimes ask what we’re doing with all that equipment in a place like this. We just tell them we’re building software and helping people with their tech problems. It’s not complicated. We have our slow days when the weather is bad and the streets are quiet, and then we have days where everything seems to happen at once. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on doing a decent job so people tell their friends about us. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few rooms, some decent chairs, and a lot of focus on the work at hand. We like the pace of life here in Mahendragarh. It lets us actually think about what we’re coding without all the noise of a metro area. It’s just us, our computers, and the daily routine of getting things done. We usually lock up around six and head home.
