Most of us grew up around here, so we didn't want to move far away just to start a business. The office has the basics—desks, some computers, and a small area to sit when someone drops by. Electricity can be a bit hit or miss in this part of Uttar Pradesh, so we’ve learned to work around the power cuts when they happen. It’s not a polished environment with glass walls. It’s just a room where we sit and handle the day’s work. Sometimes we have to walk down the road to get something printed or to talk to a neighbor about a delivery. Being near the Pipal tree makes it easy to give directions because everyone knows where that is. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time on anything else. It’s a practical way to earn a living while staying close to home in the Barwa Vidyapati area.
