Vajra Plastics Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No 30 in the Tsiic Jedcharla Gip. We are located near Polepally Village, which is a bit of a way out from the main town center of Jedcharla. Our daily life is mostly about the machines and the production floor. We make all kinds of plastic items here. It is an industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. The factory gets pretty warm in the summer, but we keep the production lines moving regardless. We have a good group of people who come in from the nearby villages to work the shifts. We don't have a fancy front office or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you’ll just find someone in work clothes or one of us checking on the raw materials. It is a lot of manual labor, moving heavy bags and loading up finished products into the big trucks that come and go from the plot. Being a private limited company involves a lot of regulations, but on the ground, it is just about making sure the plastic is right and the orders go out on time. We have seen this industrial park grow a lot since we first moved into Plot 30. We deal with suppliers and transport people every day. It is a practical, noisy, and busy environment, but that is how we like it. We just focus on our work and keep the factory running.
