Karuna Polymers

Karuna Polymers is situated at Survey Numbers 29 and 30 in Peddai Pally Village, which falls under the Balnagar Mandal. Being out in the village area gives us a bit more space for our operations than we would have in the middle of a crowded city. We deal with polymers, so there is usually a lot of raw material stacked up in the warehouse area. The building is more like a large shed where the machines are kept running. It can get quite warm inside when everything is operating at full capacity. We have workers from the local village who come in every day to help with the production. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy with the orders we have to fill. Peddai Pally is a quiet place for the most part, though you can hear the hum of the machines from a distance. We do not have a fancy office for meetings; usually, we just talk to people right there on the factory floor or near the entrance. The road leading to the plant can be a bit dusty, especially during the dry season. We just focus on making the products and making sure they are ready for transport. It is a straightforward manufacturing job and we do not try to make it sound like anything more than what it is. We just run the machines and manage the daily production.
