Sri Lakshmi Narsimha Industries

Out here on Kotha Cheruvi Road, things are always moving. Sri Lakshmi Narsimha Industries is right in the middle of the New Gunj industrial area. It’s a dusty part of town with lots of trucks coming and going all day long. We have a decent-sized warehouse where we keep our stuff. It’s mostly just a few of us working here, making sure the orders are packed and ready to go out. The building isn't anything to look at, just corrugated metal and bricks, but it keeps the rain off the machines. We spend most of our time on the floor, not in an office. If the phone rings, someone usually has to run across the room to pick it up. We don't have a fancy phone system or anything like that. We mostly deal with other businesses in the area. We’ve known the guys at the tea stall down the street for years. Sometimes we take a break and go over there to hear the latest gossip about the market prices. It’s a simple way of living. We work hard during the day and go home to our families in the evening. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just do what we say we’re going to do and try to stay on schedule. It can get stressful when things break, but we just manage it.
