Our seed processing industry is located at Sy. No 57 in Jammichedu village. This is part of the Gadwal Mandal in Mahabubnagar District. Being out in the village means we are right where the farming happens. Rajashekar Reddy Seed Processing Industry is all about taking the raw seeds and getting them ready for the next season. The facility is large because we need the space for the drying and cleaning machines. It gets quite noisy when everything is running at once, and the air is full of the smell of earth and seeds. We work according to the harvest cycles, so some months are incredibly busy and others are spent maintaining the equipment. Gadwal is known for its agriculture, so we feel right at home here. It is not a corporate setup with meetings and suits; it is more about wearing boots and getting your hands dirty. We have a small group of workers from Jammichedu who know the seeds better than anyone. We just focus on the quality of the sorting and making sure nothing gets wasted. It is a slow, careful process that doesn't need much explaining. We just do the work that needs to be done for the local farmers and keep the machines humming along in the warehouse all through the week. It’s hard work but someone has to do it properly.
