This is just a small local setup in Balwanpally Village, which is part of the Kosgi Mandal. Our house is number 1-28, and that is where everything happens. Life in the village is a bit slower than in the big cities, and we like it that way. We don't have a big corporate office or a staff of dozens. It is mostly just the family and some local help when we need it. We handle whatever work needs to be done based on the season. Sometimes it’s about supplies, and other times it’s just helping out neighbors with what they need. The house is always open, and people just stop by to talk or settle some business. We don't have a fancy sign or any advertisements. People in the mandal know where we are and what we do. It’s been this way for a long time. The porch is where we spend most of our time talking to visitors. There are usually some goats or chickens wandering around nearby. We don't use computers much, just some notebooks to keep track of things. It’s a very simple way of doing things, based on trust and knowing your neighbors. We wake up early when the sun comes up and finish when it gets dark. It’s not about getting rich, just about keeping the tradition going and making sure the village needs are met. We take each day as it comes and stay busy.
