Gangaram Diary Farm

If you head over to Nizapular in the Musapet Mandal, you’ll find us at Gangaram Diary Farm. We are at house number 251. This is a place where we spend most of our time dealing with the buffaloes and cows. It is a routine that never really changes much from year to year. Every morning and every evening, it is the same work to be done. We make sure the animals stay healthy and that the milk is collected properly for the local people. It's a dusty job sometimes, and in the monsoon season, it gets quite muddy around the yard. We aren't a big company with fancy uniforms or anything. We are just local people who know how to manage a farm and care for the herd. The work is tough on the back, especially when we are lifting those heavy milk cans or moving the feed bags around the storage area. We’ve lived here a long time and the farm is just part of the landscape now. People from the nearby villages know they can come by if they need something. We don't do much advertising because there isn't really a need for it. The animals keep us busy enough from dawn until well after dark. Sometimes we have a bit of trouble with the electricity or the water supply, but we manage to get things sorted. It’s a simple life, focused on the cattle and making sure everything stays running.
