Troy Plus Ltd.

Troy Plus Ltd. is situated at No. 37 on North Masi Street. If you know this part of town, you know it stays pretty crowded most of the day. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We have been operating from this building for quite a while now. It’s an old street with a lot of history, and we fit right in with the other shops. The space inside is mostly taken up by our stock. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see the shelves. We spend most of our time answering the phone or helping people who wander in off the street. North Masi Street is a good place to be because everyone passes through here eventually. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the way we do things. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the start. We mostly just focus on keeping the inventory in order and making sure we have what people are looking for. It’s a straightforward business. We don't do much on social media or anything; we just open the doors at No. 37 and see who comes by. It’s been working for us for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work day in and day out.
