Thavakkal Stores

Our shop is at 116/1 on Pandiya Vellalar Street. We are very close to the Kodal Azhagar Perimal Temple, which is a place most people around here know well. It’s a good spot to be because there are always people walking by on their way to the temple. Thavakkal Stores is just a regular local shop where we stock things people use every day. It’s not very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes and items on the shelves. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when there are more than three customers inside at once. We’ve been on this street for quite some time, so we know many of the faces that pass by. It’s a noisy street sometimes with the bells from the temple and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people stopping in when they need something. We try to keep the prices where they should be so people keep coming back. There's no fancy uniform or corporate talk here. We just talk to you like a neighbor. If we don't have what you want, we might know who does. It’s just a simple life running a store in this part of town, and we plan to keep it that way for a long time. People seem to appreciate that we are always here.
