Thaai School

Thaai School is located in Neerathan, out on Union Office Road in the Pettai Pudur area. It is a bit of a walk from the main center, but it is a nice spot. The road is often busy with people going to the union office, so there is always some activity nearby. Our school is a simple building with a few classrooms. We don't have the big facilities you see in the city schools, but we have enough for the local students who come here. The trees around the school give some shade, which is helpful during the hotter months. We have a small staff of people who really care about the kids from this village. Every morning, we open up the gates and get the classrooms ready. It is a lot of routine work, like cleaning the boards and arranging the benches. The kids bring a lot of energy to the place, which keeps us going. We focus on the basics and try to make sure every student gets some attention. During the monsoon, the road can get a bit difficult to travel on, but we still manage to keep things running. It is a quiet life for the most part, away from the big city noise. We are just a small-town school doing our part for the families living around Pettai Pudur. We have been here for a few years and the locals know us well now. We just take it one day at a time.
