Sysprotech Engg

We are based out on Mill Road in Melur, over here in the Madurai district. Sysprotech Engg is a local engineering setup. We deal with various technical and mechanical things that need attention. It’s a dusty, busy place most of the time. We have a lot of tools and machinery that we use every day. Being in Tamil Nadu, the weather is usually hot, so we keep the fans going and just get on with the job. It’s not a polished environment. There’s grease on the hands and noise from the machines. We’ve been here a while and the people in Melur know us well. If someone has an engineering problem or needs a part looked at, they bring it over to Mill Road. We don't do fancy presentations. We just look at the metal or the machine and figure out the best way to handle it. It’s practical work. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly on the first try, but we stick with it until it’s right. The team is just a few local guys who grew up around here. We like the work because it's hands-on. We don't spend much time in front of a computer; we're usually out on the floor getting things done. We keep some old chairs outside for when we take a break in the shade. It’s a simple way to earn a living, but we enjoy the craftsmanship of fixing heavy equipment. Our workshop isn't much to look at, but it has everything we need to solve the mechanical puzzles that come our way.
